Where to insert Skype Voucher

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Under Settings and extras, where it says Redeem voucher, click Redeem.
   
3. Type your voucher number in the box provided. This is usually a 19 digit number and can be found on the electronic voucher receipt you were given by the store. Other vouchers like free promotional vouchers may have a different voucher number format.
   
4. Tick the box I agree to the Skype Terms of Use and then click Redeem voucher or prepaid card.
5. Enter the amount of the voucher. This is the face value of the voucher (i.e. before any VAT deduction) and it should be entered with a decimal point and with no currency symbol. For example, $10 should be entered as “10.00”.
   
6. Click Redeem voucher or prepaid card and your order will be processed. Your Skype Credit balance should be updated within 15 minutes.

Note: Skype vouchers include VAT at the applicable rate. We will deduct this VAT at the time of redemption so the amount you see on your balance is the voucher amount minus VAT. All the calls you make from Skype will then be charged VAT free.
